I’ve always felt passionate about writing. I believe in pursuing your passion in life. I work full time as a law clerk and I run my own content marketing/social media marketing business part time.
I was diagnosed with Bipolar II in 2010, but I refuse to let my diagnosis stop me from doing what I want to do and living my life.
I blog to tell my story, in the hope that by doing so, I help other people know they are not alone, and maybe they will feel more comfortable with themselves.
I hope to one day publish a book telling my story and my experience living with bipolar disorder and living with mental illness.
You can find my blogs on Healthy Minds Canada and International Bipolar Foundation.
